MAXIMUM SUPPORT $750.00
Interested persons may be eligible to apply for a maximum support of
$750.00 in order to benefit children 0 to 5 years of age and their
families.
Who may apply? Non-profit Community Based Organizations, Community
Groups, Grass Roots entities. Not available For-profit agencies or
individuals.

must meet one of the following goals:

Child Health
* Improved
Child Development
Improved
Systems
* Improved Family
Functioning
Applications for the
Community Outreach Contribution and Support are accepted throughout the
year. Please submit to the
