Welcome!

The Commission is committed to make support services
 available to children 0-5 years of age, their parents
 and caregivers – support that increases the child’s
opportunities to thrive in constructive environments.
The Commission believes that all members of the
community should be aware of these opportunities,
because everyone, at least, knows of one family that
 has a child 0-5 years of age and theoretically
that family may significantly benefit from any
outreach effort or service available.
